[Hidden-tech] LiquidWeb sold to bottom feeders - time to switch hosts, any recommendations?

I manage and/or host more than two dozen sites in various configurations and on different hosts.

+1 for SiteGround and Bluehost for backup systems and restore. +1 again to SG for server side caching and quick, knowledgable support.

Go Daddy has gotten much better in the past year or so, both in marketing and technology. I no longer dissuade people from them.

HostGator has been fine for me, but not great, especially around support

I find MediaTemple a bit convoluted and not that special

DreamHost's lack of cPanel is a turnoff for me
GaiaHost is on par with DreamHost in my estimation

iPage, GreenGeeks - stear clear

My two cents!
Greg

I have no desire to do business with Deluxe again.
