[Hidden-tech] Can someone recommend a house/estate clean out person?

You might want to try contacting a lawyer or law firm that does estate
probate and administration, they often have need of house cleanout services
and may be able to refer you to someone. Or a local auction house.  The
others are correct,though, old stuff is not worth anything close to what we
think it ought to sell for.
