Hi Sarah, What Wireless Router do you currently use? Signal type? G/B/N Dual-Band? Etc... Do you know at what speed you connect to the wireless device? How far away are all the devices trying to connect? I assume, that when these wireless connections are dropped, the "wired" devices work just fine and don't have any issues with connecting or staying connected to the Internet? Anything in the office that could conflict with the wireless signal? I would gladly come out or talk to you over the phone about your current setup and options to improve things. The answer is not always new hardware.... but it could be..... Thanks!
