There are a few reputable players out there, but the ones I stick with are Kroll OnTrack and Drive Savers.
I've had an ongoing relationship with Drive Savers for about a decade (which provides my customers with a 10% discount) and they have a two-thirds success rate (2/3 of every drive I have sent them is deemed recoverable). The nice thing is, they will evaluate the drive for free and you only pay if you decide to move forward (so your only initial cost is the shipping).
For the future, please make backup preparations such that you never have to travel this road again. A computer without a backup is like going out in a boat without life preservers.
