It might be worth checking out an open source application,

I'd suggest looking at https://www.libreoffice.org/discover/base/

You can import the Access databases using the buildin extension 
described here
http://extensions.libreoffice.org/extension-center/access2base

Since Libreoffice is open source you can try it just by downloading it
         http://www.libreoffice.org/download/libreoffice-fresh/
