Hi Dede,

I don't know if anybody else checked, but your actual Home page is apparently at a different URL, than what you provided in your quoted message below.

The Home page which exists is at these URLs:

http://www.damonanddede.com/
http://www.damonanddede.com/home2.html

As Rich suggested, I'd check for an .htaccess file which is redirecting visitors as well as resolve the home.html vs. home2.html issue.

Best,
Kimo

Then all of a sudden I couldn’t access the site. They said it shouldn’t have had anything to do with the email change (yet it happened at exact same time). They also said it was a Safari issue that would resolve on its own (this due to the fact that I could access site in Chrome but not Safari).

They had me run a trace route and the error that came up (command not found) they say shouldn’t have come up and doesn’t make sense. I know nothing about this, so didn’t know how to respond.

They still say its local then say its my Verizon/broadband issue and to call them. I call them and they say, no, obviously it isn’t just my connection since others are having issues and I should call GoDaddy back and if GoDaddy wants I can call Verizon Tier 2 with them on the phone…GoDaddy again says this isn’t their issue since they can’t duplicate it and doesn’t want to call Verizon with me LOL.
