[Hidden-tech] Method/Tool?

Hi all,

Does anyone have a good method or tool for keeping track of what's going 
on with their website?

For instance, this page has this form (I use Gravity Forms) which links 
to this email list and that confirmation message page  and this thank 
you and ...

I've got the beginnings of a spreadsheet but it doesn't seem right.  I'm 
using Wordpress.

Thoughts? Suggestions?

I've also been wondering about using tags more to group types of pages. 
That might help. Any downside to that?
