Kris, Regardless of the method used (Dropbox, utorrent, etc...), your limiting factor will be your upload bandwidth. If your connection only allows a 4megabit upload, that's as fast as it will go. Now, if you want to distribute the file/s to more than one person at a fast rate, then your best bet is to upload it to a service like Dropbox, Google drive, or a similar, and then share those links with the individuals that they were intended for. If your not going over the internet, then a flash drive or bringing the other computer to your location will be the fastest method for transfer possible, again, still limited by either your wireless network speed or your hard drives speed, whichever is slower. A 50 gig file transfer on a wired gigabit internal network should take you average 25-35 minutes depending on the speeds of the drives.
