JOB DESCRIPTION

SUMMARY

inRESONANCE is looking for a client oriented person with a strong technical background to build admissions forms and troubleshoot data driven web applications. As part of our dynamic Web Services team you must be outgoing, like collaborating with a team, able to troubleshoot technical issues, and enjoy working with clients.

Applicants must present compelling evidence that they have a proven track record of Client Support as well as managing multiple project deadlines.  While this is a technical position it is NOT a programming position.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Create school admissions forms using SQL,HTML,Eclipse, CSS, SVN technologies

Provide support for data driven Web applications and interact with clients as necessary to solve problems

Participate in and contribute to Web Services Team meetings and other Client Services endeavors

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong problem solving skills

Ability to work productively and positively with all types of people

Admission, Development or Registrar Office experience in independent schools helpful, but not required

TECHNICAL SKILL REQUIREMENTS

Working knowledge of MySQL, CSS, Eclipse, SVN. (Developer level skills not required)

Working knowledge of pHp (Developer level skills not required)

Working knowledge of FileMaker (Developer level skills not required)

Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues

Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new technologies quickly
