of Human-Centered Innovation*

Come experience the power of Human-Centered Design:
Innovating requires leaving your comfort zone in order to arrive at a
better destination. Design Thinking is the process that takes you there.
This will be an Introduction to Design Thinking including a "DesignStormer"
rapid brainstorming session, and tips that will make or break a successful
brainstorming process. I will introduce the principles of Design Thinking;
how to understand the three phases of the design thinking process; Hear;
Create; Deliver (Human-Centered Observation - Listening to people; Ideation
- creating and making choices; Rapid Prototyping and Testing) and how to
employ it as an effective and advanced problem solving and innovation tool,
which can be applied to any challenge. We'll do a run through of the
process so you can try it out.
