inRESONANCE, Inc. is expanding and seeks qualified candidates with a desire to work with independent schools.

This full-time, salaried position in our Northampton office requires system-wide thinking, attention to detail, organization, technical expertise, and tremendous people skills as you work with clients to identify issues and resolve them. 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide direct client support in use of iR solutions (including training)
Execute identified customization requests
Assist with creation and maintenance of internal documentation

QUALIFICATIONS

Background in database or software support
Experience in supporting end users
Ability to meet deadlines, work independently and under pressure.
Ability to train and/or support non-technical people on software use.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
