[Hidden-tech] Could someone translate a phrase from Chinese to English?

I think it's an obscure Chengyu (four-character idiom), but it's in
simplified characters, so it must be on the Mainland.

厚德载道 (hòu dé zài dào) literally means "great virtue fills the road",
which I guess means something like "great virtue is highly praised".
(In the right context, it might also mean that "great virtue conveys the Way".)

More common similar Chengyu are 厚德载物 (great virtue can carry all
the things in the world) and 厚德载福 (great virtue brings happiness).
