[Hidden-tech] Hand/wrist specialists?

Hello,

My brother fell on the ice and broke his wrist this week. He has been to see an orthopedist, but he is a professional violinist and therefor needs to see someone who specializes in hands or wrists. He has called a couple of places, but not found one that takes his insurance. Does anyone have suggestions of names to add to the pool?
