Another alternative in this war on SPAM is to use Gmail.  They have the best spam filtering there is.

So you could use a personal or business Gmail account for your email to go thru.

For a free, personal account... you would authorize it to send emails in the name of your existing email address.  (So you can use gmail to send emails that appear to be from 'myname at mydomain.com') and you set your emails to be automatically forwarded to the gmail address (you do this in your web host's email settings).

If you go with a google business account, you can have all your domain's email directed to the gmail business email server and they truly handle your business email services (for a fee, of course).
