[Hidden-tech] Passing on a workaround to WordPress's latest nasty habit

The "Are you sure?" prompt is part of the WP Nonce security mechanism.
An oversimplified explanation is that there's a hidden form value that
must match the post ID and the action being taken. When it doesn't, it
shows you that prompt. This is done to make it practically impossible
for third-party scripts to force an administrative action to be taken
without your intent.

If this continues to happen, I strongly suspect that a plugin is related
to the cause. Certain changes in the data sent during the Publish/Update
process will cause it to happen frequently. It may even be incomplete
HTML tags on the edit page (not in the content) break the form enough to
cause the warning.

I believe there's an expiration component as well, though that would be
on the scale of 24 hours. I also think there are nonce update mechanisms
that refresh that important value. Also, there should be auto-saves of
your post in progress that should prevent your work from being
completely lost.

Hope that helps,
  - Jeff
