[Hidden-tech] Passing on a workaround to WordPress's latest nasty habit

Thanks, Chris. I have Evernote but have never used it--but I know lots of
people who think it's one of the wonders of the world.

I sometimes do write in Word and paste into WordPress, but if it's a piece
with a lot of hyperlinks and graphics, it's easier to work in WP and copy
back into the clipboard.

And yes, I totally echo the idea of pasting back and forth--I use a Word
document for this--as you're filling out a webform. That has saved me
frustration many times when browser submit buttons go funky. I copy the
empty form into a Word document and then, question by question, I paste my
answers in. Several times, I've been able to write to a website and say,
your form is broken but here are my answers.

I'm not familiar with clipboard management utilities. Is there one you
recommend? I use both System 10.5 and System 10.9, on my desktop and
laptop, respectively.
