Hi all, A friend dropped his smartphone in a snow bank this morning and after it worked for a short while, it powered off and won't work now. I have not had this happen, and I will be Googling for answers, but meanwhile, I know some of you probably have a solution to offer. I know his carrier is Metro PCS and I am fairly certain the phone is one of the Samsung Galaxy series. He has had to work all day, so has not had a chance to go to the Metro PCs store to inquire.
