[Hidden-tech] Facebook Spam Question

I've experienced this with clients in the past. Unscrupulous competitors can cause havoc on Facebook if they want to. I can't prove this, but I can't come up with another reason that this kind of thing happens. I have read that Facebook's staff that reviews these kinds of complaints is in India,  and they don't have the cultural familiarity to make judgements, so they just honor most complaints and block the content.

Sorry for your trouble.

Subject: [Hidden-tech] Facebook Spam Question

Hello,
I am working with an organization on marketing through Facebook. The organization just recently noticed an issue with getting the message "this post contains blocked content that is flagged as abusive of spammy" when someone tries to share their page. It is only an issue on mobile devices. I tested it myself and got "Your message couldn't be sent because it includes content that other people on Facebook have reported as abusive." I've been scouting about on on-line tech sites without much success on learning how an organization can resolve this problem. I'm going to continue my research. But, I thought I would reach out to the group and see if anyone has any thoughts on this matter. I hope it is OK to post a nitty gritty question like this. Admins can let me know if there is an issue.
Thanks for your help!
Christine
