[Hidden-tech] Looking for CiviCRM heavy users or technical experienced or even experts

I built a site recently (http://www.nonviolentsolutions.org/) in NationBuilder and could answer some questions about it if anyone is considering it. While not perfect, it is nice having website, newsletters, CRM, payment processing, etc, all in one package.
