[Hidden-tech] Make sure yo use the right list address

The address for the list is Hidden-discuss at lists.hidden-tech.net

we have switched name servers and it looks like the server hostname is taking time to 
propagate
and some people have used the tnrnet.com list address in the past -- do not use it please.
