Dan, 

It depends on what her purpose is in sending the video.  If it is just so you can watch it, then YouTube works very well. She can put it as "unlisted" if she doesn't want the world to see it.

Dropbox and Google Drive are two ways that I share videos with clients if they want to download them.

If you are actually able to meet easily in person, then a flash drive is sometimes an easier option.
