Hootsuite has that functionality built in. You may have to upgrade your
account on Hootsuite to manage/access multiple social media accounts.

I use Buffer for the same thing. I have the ability to tweet, Pinterest,
Facebook posts and I can choose from 15-25 social media accounts/pages that
I run for the update.
