Gary,

If local doesn't work (go local if you can!) I recommend checking out
www.swappa.com. they are a great and reliable site for getting used
electronics.

Also you could talk to Desmond from www.mrru.us (860-484-3466). He
occasionally has used phones and also might be able to take your carrier
phone and roll it back to os7 (if its possible).
