[Hidden-tech] Is there a way to set up address books and easily mail to them in GMail?

Adding to Robert and Val's comments,
1) FYI, Hidden-tech runs with Mailman, which works well for n-to-n
lists, where everyone can send.
2) Google has an option called Google groups that can do what you want.

HOWEVER, you are really talking about 'blast emails' not lists with many
senders, SO
the most common service for this is Constant Contact:
http://www.constantcontact.com/
Although personally I prefer Mailchimp and use that for a number of my
projects: http://mailchimp.com/

Another reason for using a Blast email service is that they make sure
the emails they send are of clean format and their servers are
safe, so as not to be block as spam senders -- the down side, is that
most are very strict about only allow you to load
emails that are valid and have been verified as accepting your emails,
which means you must be very careful in only loading clean emails from
your existing list.
