[Hidden-tech] So much junk mail!

Dear Hidden-Tech gurus,

Just recently, my email Junk folder has become over-filled with unsolicited mail — over 100 each morning and many more throughout the day.

Short of changing my email address, is there a way to stop the flood of junk? I use Mac Mail on a MacBook Pro with iOS Yosemite v 10.10.3.
