[Hidden-tech] Drive for Uber? Or ride with them?

I used to live in Berkeley and do this all the time. I'd swing by the BART
station and pick up 2-3 people from a long line waiting. Cars were waiting
in line to pick up too. Worked great. One of the interesting rules were
that you don't talk unless the driver initiates. Felt much like a bus.
Tried Ridebuzz but it's just a noticeboard. Needs to be mobile app, it
knows my regular driving activity, anticipates, automatically suggests
people I might car-pool with + Uber like 'trust' feature where both parties
are rating each other.
