Meg, we use OmniPlan http://www.omnigroup.com/omniplan for Mac, great
project management tool, there is a learning curve but once you get through
that phase it is well worth the effort. It runs both on Mac and iPad and
syncs your projects over their cloud service. They do have a trial version
for Mac,
