[Hidden-tech] .NET Programming needed

We have an existing "classic" ASP application that reads data from an MS
Access database to produce reports based on selected criteria.

 

We need to rebuild it with more modern tools (SQL Server/.NET?) and provide
administrative edit capability and similar reporting options.

Yes, I know that Microsoft is the devil, but since the client has gone over,
there is no way to bring them back so we can't use PHP or some other
