[Hidden-tech] GNU C on Windows

Hello Hidden-Tech,

Are there any programmers on this list who are skilled with GNU's C 
compiler on a Windows system? I need to start work on a Simple 
DirectMedia Layer project, but am having trouble navigating the Unix 
build system it comes with. If you could give me an hour or two of 
consulting time, I think we could solve my problems.
