My business roll-out is entering the fourth stage and we need to upgrade the outdated servers I bought when we first opened.  We are using Active Directory with around five clients. 

We began as a tax preparation firm, but in stage 2 we added bookkeeping, in stage 3 we added financial planning, and are now adding financial advisory services.  Privacy and security are important concerns.  Running smoothly in tax season is a must.

We seek someone who can advise us on purchasing the replacement server, plan a new configuration to correct issues with our current domain,  port over our data, get our production software re-installed and functioning, and get our secure off-site backups going again.  We will wish to engage them again once a year or so as we tool up for the next tax season.
