Hi Dede,
    I've been very happy with both Gotomypc and GotoMeeting.   Both will 
accomplish what you are looking to do.  Gotomeeting makes it a little 
more controlled and a little more "meeting" like, while gotomypc is more 
of a direct connection to your computer without controls but it is cheaper.
