Tom,
You can visit my eye doctor. They have a machine that does that.

That's probably not the answer you were looking for. After Effects does a great job at tracking. The very small iris movements it may give it some trouble but it's worth a try.

Hello all,

I'm doing some software investigation for a friend who is working for a
company that is using eye tracking performance to help diagnose mild
traumatic brain injury.
A video image of your eye is captured while you track an object. Software
then determines where you pupil is in the image and the direction of your
gaze. This would be done by taking a video and manually identifying frame
by frame the pixel location of the pupil center in each image. They would
then compare the location with the location identified by the software.

They will be using a PlayStation 3 eye camera and a Ximea xiQ camera to
capture the eye images.

* They want to assess how well certain software identifies the pupil center.
* They need software that would allow their technicians to go frame by
frame and identify a pixel location on each frame. Ideally the software
would also have a method to find the pupil center, such as ellipse fitting.

any software leads would be greatly appreciated.

 Thanks.
