This position supports a comprehensive data gathering strategy across multiple platforms and business units. The Data Analyst is responsible for driving automation and integration of existing and new data collection tools and strategies used to support CET's data reporting requirements and business needs.

The Data Analyst works closely with department leaders and staff to gather information about data needs, define solutions and identify technical issues. The Data Analyst will analyze CET's business systems including data collection, workflow, reporting and quality control processes and protocols. The Data Analyst designs, develops, tests and implements applications and tools and new management reports. The Data Analyst develops partnerships across the organization as well as with external vendors to deliver superior customer service.

A Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or related field or comparable work experience is needed. Must have minimum 3-5 years of practical experience in managing technical data reporting and SQL process. Strong skills in multiple database applications including SQL, Access, and Lotus Approach. Experience and solid understanding of the principles of database management and business process workflow, design and reporting. 3-5 years of experience developing solutions utilizing data migration and integration technologies. Experience in providing diverse data reporting under multiple program requirements. Familiarity with PROMYS, Salesforce, and SharePoint desirable; web development expertise a bonus.

We provide practical solutions that save energy, materials and money and have a positive impact on our environment and community. In the past 6 months, we have added more than 30 people to our dedicated team and are still looking for more.

This is a full-time exempt position with benefits located in our Northampton office. To qualify, you must have excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision. Must be able to manage multiple customers and partners. Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative style. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical partners. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail required.
