[Hidden-tech] Looking for PHP / Joomla assistance

Hey HT peeps. Been a while for me.

I have a customer with three websites: one they host with me (ColdFusion) and two they host elsewhere (Joomla).

They are being charged an arm and a leg for one of those two, and the other has been hacked and now attempts to download a trojan to your computer if you visit the page. Both sites are on older versions of Joomla, running in a LAMP install.

They called me and asked for help. I told them I don't host Joomla for the specific reasons they cited (the security issues and the constant updating). However, I like the customer, and I'd like to capture that extra business.

So, realizing that I (intentionally) know almost nothing about Joomla, I am now casting around for help.

I need someone to sit with me for the better part of a day while I install Joomla on my cloud-based Windows server, set up any automatic updates that are required to keep it safe, and then set up the client's smaller, vexed website. If possible, I'd like to do that by mid February. If that is successful I could then offer to move the larger website over as well.

If the person who helps me is also familiar with some of the ecommerce platforms that run on it, this would be great as well, as I am looking to expand my offerings in that direction.

Let me know:

(1) your level of skill in Joomla installation and maintenance, and the length of that experience in years; 
(2) a list of the sites you setup or maintain that run on Joomla, and where they are hosted; 
(3) your hourly rate; 
(4) your location (for ease of access -- I'm now in Greenfield near downtown).

I am not willing to set up or use a Linux box. This will be a Windows install. I am also not interested in being a customer of a larger company. I am just looking for a consultant / individual who knows what they're doing and is willing / able to come to my location (or me to them) to both teach and help me with this. There is a possibility for a limited monthly contract to do the patches, etc, though not guaranteed.
