Teamviewer is probably the best program of that kind. Fast, reliable and easy to use. It is free for non-commercial use and I use it both to help help my less tech savvy relatives and to access my home computers when I'm away - it can even run from a flash drive or an Android tablet. However, a business license costs $749 for a single workstation, which is rather expensive for your purposes, although that is a one-time expense with no monthly fees.
