April 30 Art Buzz helps Artists find ways to connect with event organizers
*Leveraging Events to Market Your Art*
April 30, 6-8 pm - Arts Block, Greenfield.
Artists can learn about opportunities to promote their art by learning about how to
connect with event organizers and create new ways to collaborate. How can artists benefit
from being involved with Art Walks, Third Thursdays in Turners Falls, Creative Workshop
Tours, RiverFest, Cider Days, DIY workshops, and the wide range of events that happen or
are being planned all year throughout Franklin County. Artists can learn about events,
meet the organizers and share ideas to create new ways to incorporate artists into local
events.
Artists and event organizers are invited to participate on April 30, Arts Block from
6-8pm. Be sure to bring your handouts
The panel of speakers include Mary Vilbon, Executive Director of Greater Shelburne Falls
Area Business Association, Lisa Davol, Marketing and Membership Manager of the Franklin
County Chamber of Commerce, Suzanne LoManto, Director of Turners FallsRiver Culture, and
moderated by Ann Hamilton, Executive Director of the Franklin County Chamber of Commerce.
This event is free on April 30 from 6-8 at the Arts Block, Greenfield and will be catered
by the Chowder House. The Buzz event is sponsored by Fostering Art and Culture Project
(FACP) who organizes these monthly networking events from Sept -- June at the Arts Block,
Greenfield.
