[Hidden-tech] Ecommerce platforms

Granted, I work in Leverett (i.e., interweb stone ages--until December!), so that didn’t help. Overall Volusion is a functional system, but I found the interface clunky (and so did my e-commerce goddess on faster speed), the consistent 30 minute wait time for every customer service call cumbersome and annoying, and the prices high.
