I've been asked to post the following to Hidden Tech in hopes that someone can help out a local
non-profit.

Cancer Connection, a nonprofit community cancer support center offering free programs and support to
people living with cancer and their loved ones across the Pioneer Valley, is seeking an expert to
design a database, probably based on Access, to enable us to track (1) Programs (new clients,
scheduling and attendance); (2) Donor & Contact Management; and possibly (3) Event Management. The
database needs to offer facility in producing the reports required by our grantors and to provide
easy access to statistics about participant numbers, gender, caregivers/patients, diagnoses, and
program participation, while offering HIPAA protection to participants. It would also need to
synchronize if possible with QuickBooks. In the alternative, Cancer Connection is seeking someone
who can vet a proposal already received from a database expert to determine if it is appropriate in
design, content and cost for our purposes.

Please call Betsy Neisner, Executive Director at Cancer Connection, 586-1642 or email her at
betsyneisner at cancer-connection.org <mailto:betsyneisner at cancer-connection.org>.
