[Hidden-tech] State mandates on Windows XP?

It is worth noting that several State-provided systems actually still
require XP to run. I am aware of an Early Intervention database and I'm
sure there are others. We have been told that there are plans to update
these systems, but I don't believe that will happen before April 8.
