Hi Tom,

Did you Google "iweb seo"?
The search came back with the iWeb SEO Tool. You can download a demo here:
https://www.macupdate.com/app/mac/29022/iweb-seo-tool

Of course, having the method to optimize the site is only the beginning, the other part of SEO is a skill requiring knowledge of your target audience, your content, and how SEO works. But, there appear to be some helpful tips next to each input field to guide you. Search Marketing is an ever-expanding field that reaches far beyond SEO. Once you get that done, embark on a long term campaign to obtain real inbound links to the site from authoritative, creditable sites. How? Ask me, or better yet, refer me. ;-)

If you don't want to shell out the $29.95 for iWeb SEO Tool — and are willing to edit the HTML directly for each page — here is some info about how to do it:

Hope this helps!

Best,
Kimo

BUT I created a website for a friend/client a few years ago using iweb (an Apple application (no longer supported) that was designed for people that aren't website designers)… The very basic site I created is still fine and I can actually still use iweb to make little updates and publish to a folder and then use fetch to upload to the hosting site, etc. and the site looks and acts properly
