PHP with JQuery for Ajax should be pretty easy, Python would also work. You don't need Ajax but it would be more responsive and might make it easier to embed in distributor's websites. I'd be glad to do this as PHP / JQuery if you need it; unless it is really rocket science it shouldn't take too much work to adapt from your javascript code plus specs to a PHP / JQuery script. If you already have a working relationship with someone that does Python, they should also be fine.
