[Hidden-tech] Attorney recommendations sought

Went back through old Hidden-Tech messages to find these recommendations, below, from 2011. I need consultation for non-profit and for-profit entity creation. Trying to figure out the right structures for my various projects. Do these folks work especially with non-profits, and/or you know someone that is well versed in both?
