[Hidden-tech] Getting Wikipedia to agree!

Hello Friends,

We're working with a terrific non-profit -- their yearlong mentor program
for city kids (Boston, NYC, Paris) includes a 45-day visit to disadvantaged
villages in Central America. They've been doing this 5+ years on a
shoestring.

But here's my question:  We'd love to get a Wikipedia entry for them.
They've survived and are growing and continue to do good in the world in a
way that is not just anecdotal.

We wrote a Wikipedia entry we thought was pretty neutral .... but an Editor
there nixed it!  There must be a knack for doing this successfully! And I
suspect (and hope!) that one our number has done so.

I'd be very grateful for any suggestions, FAQs (which, weirdly, I was
unable to find), or better yet, if one among us has done this and could
offer such a service, I'd be very glad to hear from you.
