With such specific spec requirements you may have kind of a hard time getting a donation of such a machine. Especially a working one so recent. There are a number of places in the valley that sell pretty cheap/affordable refurbished machines that would meet those specs pretty easily. Probably have to spend no more than $250-350 in my estimation. That is usually what we get for similar speced machines.
