Jill, There are a lot of companies that can do this. The one I have had the best experience with (over 3 years of using it for Worlds Apart where we first set it up and a few others) is Voipo. Voipo is a pretty standard voice over internet service, they send you hardware, and you can just hook it up to your router and your existing phones. The selling part for us was the $150 flat price for 2 years (~$6/month).
