[Hidden-tech] Customer Service Motivational Speaker

Hi, Rob,

I did a presentation on customer service in 
Istanbul, Turkey that was very well-received. If 
they think I've got something to say that's worth 
flying me halfway around the world to hear, 
perhaps I night be of use to the Nantucket 
Chamber.

All six of my marketing books discuss customer 
service as a *marketing* function: a way to 
create loyalty to the point where customers bring 
more customers to you.
