Apparently it's just your router (modem? modem-router?). Those things flake out sometimes especially if they overheat but primarily because they're crap. If you're renting it from Comcast, you could get a new one from them, or just buy your own and return theirs. Don't waste your money... I've seen fancy $100+ Netgear routers that are much worse than a $20 TP-Link.
