[Hidden-tech] Municipal Broadband in Northampton

where would you run the fiber? a foot of space on the telephone poles costs a zillion dollars and you need to  weave your way through a hundred miles of bureaucratic red tape to get there. it's so old school and restrictive it's ridiculous.
