[Hidden-tech] IT Sales tax on writing a website vs writing a program?

This is obviously a beta-release. We just need to make sure we file all of
our bug reports promptly. Perhaps, we have a shot at something more
sensible in the next iteration.

However, while it can work fine for software development, I do hope
releasing new laws this way doesn't catch on.
