[Hidden-tech] DOR FAQ on new IT services tax

It is bad enough that Massachusetts carries the highest annual cost to
maintain an LLC in the U.S. ($520).  Now it adds the highest IT service tax.

I agree with the editorial in today's Boston Globe:
